Lake Elmo, Minnesota: On behalf of Hollis Cavner's Investment Group, Tournament Golf managed the renovation of The Royal Golf Club, previously Tartan Park. The new design includes the King Nine by Arnold Palmer and the Queen Nine by Annika Sorenstam. Tournament Golf is also managing the 291 unit high-end housing development. The entire project covers 480 acres.
Northfield, Minnesota: Tournament Golf continues with its ongoing renovation of the Northfield Golf Club.
Brainerd, Minnesota: Tournament Golf was retained for and completed a redesign and feasibility study of the Pine Beach Golf Club at the Historic Madden's Resort.
Luck, Wisconsin: The design and construction of the 20 acre Lazy Bone practice facility is complete. This Facility has multiple targets, fairways and large, Pine Valley-esque style bunkers.
Prior Lake, Minnesota: In conjunction with Tradition Golf at its own Legends Golf Club, Tournament Golf continues to advise Ownership with its changes of the golf course design.
Chaska, Minnesota: Tournament Golf assisted Hazeltine National Golf Club with its Billy Bunker renovation in preparation for the 2016 Ryder Cup.
Tournament Golf is presently evaluating several golf courses throughout the Midwest for purchase by an undisclosed Golf Capital Group.
